Kamal Injectables Clinic is a medical aesthetics clinic operated by a Registered Nurse (RN) providing injectable and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport) for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes.
• Dermal filler treatments for facial contouring, volume restoration, and lip enhancement.
• Skin booster treatments for hydration and skin rejuvenation.
• Other aesthetic treatments as offered and described on our website.

All treatments are performed under the direction and oversight of qualified medical professionals in accordance with the regulatory standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

Kamal Injectables Clinic does not guarantee specific results from any treatment. Before-and-after photographs displayed on our website or social media represent individual outcomes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or promise of similar results for other clients.

Your practitioner will provide a realistic assessment of expected outcomes during your consultation.

By booking an appointment with Kamal Injectables Clinic, you agree to the following:

• Cancellations:we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows: failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• Late arrivals: we understand that delays happen. However, arriving significantly late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, as we must maintain our schedule for all clients.
• Deposits: certain treatments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kamal Injectables Clinic, its owner, practitioners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
